It is capable of sending Phone, Email and Text Messages. Families have the capability through the Parent Cloud of customizing how School Messenger communicates with you.  For more information about this system or to find out how you can customize your settings, click here.  NOTE: It mentions the “My Messages” tile is under the “My Student” tab.  If you don’t see it there, you can do a search at the top for “messages” and it will pop up.

Thursday Folders – School and class announcements are sent home weekly in the yellow Thursday folder, so be sure to check (and empty) the contents.  A monthly Becker calendar will be sent out via these folders.

From Principal Barrett:

Families will be able to come to Becker to collect any items that were left behind when schools closed on March 13th (and drop off Becker library books). These items have been collected, bagged, and labeled by your children's teachers. Here is the schedule for families to pick up their children’s belongings (choose the grade your child was in during the 2019-2020 school year):

Pre-K Monday, August 3rd 5:00-5:45

Kinder Monday, August 3rd 5:45-6:30

1st Tuesday, August 4th 5:00-5:45

2nd Tuesday, August 4th 5:45-6:30

3rd Wednesday, August 5th 5:00-5:45

4th Wednesday, August 5th 5:45-6:30

5th Thursday, August 6th 5:00-5:45

If you have multiple children at Becker, you can pick up all their belongings at one time, no need to make multiple trips.
