The Becker Library is open on Thursday evenings from 5-6 pm. Come by and browse the collection and talk to the librarian - you're bound to find something new for yourself and your child every time. Thank you, Ms. George!

Becker Field Day will be held during the school day on Friday, May 4. As a treat for the kids and a fundraiser for the Becker PE Department, PTA will be selling concessions. We will need food donations and volunteers during the day - please contact Deidre Madres at DeidreMadres [at] gmail.com to volunteer and/or help coordinate. That evening (5:30-8:00), Becker will host its Cinco de Mayo celebration and spring music concert. We'll need volunteers for the activities - please contact Deborah Trejo at dtrejo [at] kempsmith.com to volunteer and/or help plan this wonderful event.

There will be a PTA meeting on Friday, March 30 right after assembly in the cafeteria to elect the Nominations Committee, then elections on April 30 at 6 pm in the library. Nominate yourself or someone else great to lead PTA next year by April 5. Look for more information in Thursday folders on March 22!
